We Have A Furnished Model
Foundation in at Homesite 19!
We now have the foundation in for our newest start, Homesite 19! Homesite 19 is going to be the Paxton “N” plan at 2,335 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 powder room, an oversized two car garage, a den on the main level, huge great room, with all of the wonderful amenities that Maxfield has to offer, on a large 7,725 square foot lot with green space to both rear sides. Our Latest Model Home
Since my last model home went sale pending last week, I will now be holding my open house every Sunday from 1-4 pm at 3041 Winkel Way, West Linn, Homesite 36. The finishing touches are being done on this excellent 2 story, 2,361 square foot home featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 powder room, a large great room with a lovely veiw of the private back yard.
Homesite 36 is one of only 7 remaining available homesites in Maxfield. We are currently in the process of selecting the floor plans for the 6 remaining homesites. We have dug for the foundation and are ready for forms on homesite 19, the Paxton “N”. I will blog again soon with the updates on the new floor plans.
